Ingredients 

  • 1 cup (250 g) pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup (75 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (250 ml) oat milk

Instructions

  • Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks and remove the core. If using frozen fruit, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
  • Add the pineapple, blueberries, and oat milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

    1 cup oat milk
  • Taste and adjust for sweetness and consistency by adding more fruit, oat milk, or sweetener if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
